die mit dem verbindung Probleme haben, zuerst ihre Internet Verbindung überprüfen,
und falls ihr Vodafone router habt, den router resetten (RESETTEN IST NICHT AUS/EINSCHALTEN) es gibt einen RESET taste die NUR mit einem spitzigem gegenstand ausführbar ist.

wenn internet wieder da ist den app einschalten dann NULL taste auf der Fernbedienung lange drücken, falls immer noch kein liste geladen wird den app deinstallieren und wieder instellieren. 
Wir können leider nichts machen auf den performance der App oder Fernseher, wenn der liste immer wieder entleert wird am besten ein andere App wäre beste Lösung sein, 
es gibt viele appps die kostenlos ist,natürlich können wir einige apps empfehlen aber es ist auch ihre geschmack am besten sie probieren aus welche app ihnen gefällt

İnternet geri geldiğinde SMART IPTV appi açın ve ardından SIFIR tuşuna uzun basın, hala liste dolmadiysa Appi silin ve yeniden yükleyin.
Ne yazık ki uygulamanın veya televizyonun performansı ile ilgili bir şey yapamıyoruz, liste tekrar tekrar boşalırsa başka bir App kullanmak en iyi çözüm olacaktır.
